We will endeavour to provide as much information as possible about each product.
However should you change your mind about a product we will allow this to occur within seven days of receipt. Email us and providing the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging and seals intact a full refund will be paid less postage costs. (All postage costs must be met by the buyers as these are direct costs).
Please ensure that all deliveries are checked within 24 hours. Also any delivery accepted by a carrier which has to be signed for, is checked immediately.
If your item is faulty please inform us within 24 hours by email and we will give you the address to which all returns must be sent. If after inspection your item is faulty a replacement will be sent, if we are out of stock you will be given a full refund.
