We will endeavour to provide as much information as possible about each product and we want you to be pleased with your goods and happy with the service that we provide. However should you change your mind about a product or its not the right tool for the job we will allow this to occur within seven days of receipt. Email us and providing the item is returned in its original condition with all packaging and seals intact a full refund will be paid less postage costs. (All postage costs must be met by the buyers as these are direct costs).
Please ensure that all deliveries are checked within 24 hours. Also any delivery accepted by a carrier which has to be signed for, is checked immediately.

If after inspection your item is faulty a replacement will be sent or alternative goods or a cash refund if you would prefer.
